Made from a smooth mesh fabric and cut to a generous skater fit,  it is designed with a smart turtleneck with twisted collar and keyhole cut out detailing at the front . Finished with ruffle shoulders and side pockets for easy wear and a nipped-in ruched waistband to create a smooth shape and falls to the knee adding an elegant flow. It would be a beautiful choice for a wedding guest outfit or summer socials.
