Flaring out at the hem for a 50's style aesthetic, this knee-length dress by Jolie Moi is free from any fussy details.  Topped with a boat neckline, elbow length sleeves and a beautiful fit and flare midi silhouette. The dress features a frilly belt that can be tied in the front or the back to give it that wrapped look. We are sure that you will want to reach for this dress on more than one occasion.
